Awarded Silver in Creativepool’s Annual 2018 outdoor category

In 2017 international wildlife charity the Born Free Foundation marked World Orca Day on July 14 with an integrated campaign that transformed specially selected full motion out of home screens in Ocean’s portfolio into virtual tanks.

Conceived by WCRS #TankFree used CGI technology and visual effects from The Mill London to create a series of life-size animated orcas trapped in virtual tanks, which the public were invited to set free from captivity in return for a donation.

The latest recognition from Creativepool follows a Gold in Creative Circle’s Best Use of Outdoor category 2018, wins in the Digital and Digital Interactive categories at The Drum’s Creative Out of Home awards 2017, a win in the ‘multiple locations’ category at the Revo Opals 2018 and a merit in the Responsive Environments: User Activation category at the One Club for Creativity’s One Show.
