Executive Assistant

About the role:

You’ll be at the heart of Ocean Outdoor Ltd, supporting our C-Suite Senior Leaders, working globally across all Ocean territories. Joining our People Ops team, you will share a passion for supporting our Senior Leaders, providing proactive support.

This opportunity would suit an established C-Suite PA/EA, or someone who has supported team or Director level, looking to step up into a high profile and rewarding role.

You will strive for first class EA support, managing diaries, ensuring travel plans and meeting arrangements are seamless. You will bring together our internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept up to date with the latest details, and provides information needed for our CEO, COO/CFO, and CMO.

Sourcing locations and suppliers for social events, negotiating rates to get best value and quality, managing arrangements to deliver amazing things!

You will be positive, enthusiastic, enjoy a challenge and flexible in your approach, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.


What you will be doing:

  • Complex diary management. Organise and maintain diaries, appointments, and daily schedules for CEO, COO/CFO and CMO.
  • UK and International travel and accommodation co-ordination for executives, board members and Group Management. Compile travel itineraries to ensure supported and prepared for travel.
  • Arrangement of internal and external meetings, reviews, and interviews.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, and support with research and analysing information if required.
  • Act as C-Suite first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Organising social events and restaurant reservations.
  • Book all internal and external meeting rooms and facilities as requested.
  • Reconciling expenses and collaborating with Finance team.
  • High profile client liaison.
  • Office and Facilities Management duties to support smooth running of Ocean London Office

Delivery Co-Ordinator

Operations & Technology

You’ll join our tight knit and collaborative crew to support the planning and execution of client campaigns. You’ll use your technical expertise of Ocean’s network, plus your operational nous to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.


What you will be doing:

  • Working as part of Ocean’s Operations & Technology team, you will assist the scheduling and activation of Ocean’s Digital and Banner sites
  • You will ensure the timely delivery of copy distribution across Ocean’s portfolio of content including:
    • Scheduling and distribution of digital copy to site
    • Monitoring banner installations and ensure on-time delivery
    • Briefing 3rd party production agencies
    • Liaising with clients
    • Ensure all copy is posted in a timely manner
    • Full proof of posting records are kept and reported to clients
  • Delivering project tasks for with members of the team and external resources, ensuring careful attention to detail, schedules, and deadlines
  • Ensuring successful delivery and ongoing maintenance of campaigns, overseeing banner and digital inventory including appearance and maintenance checks.
  • Managing interactions with Sales, Marketing, and other Groups to plan, deliver and capture external and internal campaigns across estate portfolio
  • Maintain office and on-site record files, including Landlord register and inventory information
  • Communicating to all stakeholders (including Operations Manager and Project Manager) and management, of project progress and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle:
    • Weekly overview of projects
    • Project RAG status report
    • Assist, where necessary, in any testing of new products.

Regional Sales Executive (Manchester)

You’ll join our tight-knit, commercially savvy crew to support the development, planning and execution of client campaigns. You’ll use your expertise of our full motion digital estate, and support the development and delivery of creative and innovative propositions and proposals.


What you will be doing:

Working as part of Ocean’s Sales and Business Development group. Assisting the Regional Sales Managers (Direct Sales and Agency/Specialist Sales) to maintain, generate and administer revenues from regional agency, specialist and direct client portfolio for Ocean Outdoor.

  • Provide exceptional levels of service to the UK’s leading OOH specialists, media agencies, and direct clients
  • Going the Extra Mile – navigate and build strong relationships across all levels within your client portfolio
  • Prepare and pitch Ocean opportunities
  • Gain client knowledge and insight into media plans and potential revenues for Ocean Outdoor
  • Conduct business in the cities where clients are located
  • Prepare campaign information using inhouse systems – avails etc.
  • Provide Ocean market updates – new sites, research etc.

Research & Insight Manager

Marketing

A commercially focused Research and Insight Manager, providing business intelligence stories for Ocean locations, customers and categories.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop data-led proactive and insightful stories to drive Ocean’s revenues and market position.
  • A developed understanding of the Outdoor audience measurement system, ROUTE, from input to data delivery & analysis is essential, alongside a topline understanding of other media currencies.
  • Maintain and expand Ocean’s proprietary consumer panel, creating regular surveys to deliver marketing stories.
  • Develop cross-media stories for DOOH and its position in the wider screen market.
  • Create case studies to support our City and Network led stories.
  • Direct and support sales and client pitches.
  • Work with the Data, Systems and Analytics teams to utilise and improve on available data sets.
  • Work with the Development team to evaluate product development opportunities.

The Candidate

  • 3 – 5 years media experience with OOH experience essential.
  • Experience within a marketing or insight team desired.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Competent IT with good knowledge of all other MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of media industry BI systems.
  • Both commercially and numerically minded.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Good presenting skills.
