About the role: 

You’ll be at the heart of Ocean Labs, striving for best practice project management principles to manage campaigns from brief to delivery. You will bring together our Clients, Suppliers, internal Operations and Labs team; working closely with the Senior Project Manager to produce industry leading campaigns, ensuring all parties work to deliver against the shared vision. You will facilitate the efficient and smooth creation of campaign activations, working with the wider Labs team to aid idea generation in an energetic and fast-moving environment.  Sourcing production companies, managing the tendering process, quality control and implementation delivery. Keeping resources, budgets, project plans, progress and status reports on track to make amazing things happen!

Inspiring and motivating others to do their best work and striving for exceptional customer satisfaction. The role is fast paced, with multiple priorities and deadlines to manage.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Project plan, manage and execute complex and often technical creative solutions.  
  • Create detailed plans for how to achieve each project stage, with timelines, milestones, and continuously monitor progress 
  • Highlight and proactively managing any issues or problems, mitigating any risks. 
  • Act as point of liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal operations 
  • Financial and Resource scoping, planning and tracking new proposals and projects.

It also helps if you have: 

  • 2-3 years experience in a Client facing, Advertising, Experiential, Technology or Creative project management role would be beneficial to this role. 
  • Self-starter with experience managing creative projects from concept to completion 
  • Liaise and negotiate with multiple stakeholders and external contractors tactfully, and able to manage conflicting views and priorities.   
  • Basic knowledge of coding and app based technology is an advantage, but not essential. Appetite to learn is key here!

Research & Insight Manager


A commercially focused Research and Insight Manager, providing business intelligence stories for Ocean locations, customers and categories.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop data-led proactive and insightful stories to drive Ocean’s revenues and market position.
  • A developed understanding of the Outdoor audience measurement system, ROUTE, from input to data delivery & analysis is essential, alongside a topline understanding of other media currencies.
  • Maintain and expand Ocean’s proprietary consumer panel, creating regular surveys to deliver marketing stories.
  • Develop cross-media stories for DOOH and its position in the wider screen market.
  • Create case studies to support our City and Network led stories.
  • Direct and support sales and client pitches.
  • Work with the Data, Systems and Analytics teams to utilise and improve on available data sets.
  • Work with the Development team to evaluate product development opportunities.

The Candidate

  • 3 – 5 years media experience with OOH experience essential.
  • Experience within a marketing or insight team desired.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Competent IT with good knowledge of all other MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of media industry BI systems.
  • Both commercially and numerically minded.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Good presenting skills.

Marketing & Research Assistant


A role that will give any person with a basic knowledge of marketing a chance to thrive in a dynamic, growing business. 

A chance to learn everything about marketing and research that is required in a media business – Full training on how the marketing ecosystem works.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist both comms and research elements of the Marketing department, with collating assets for comms projects and creating marketing stories from data sets. 
  • Offer marketing support for external presentations, e-marketing and one-pagers. 
  •  Learn both to be reactive to requests, and proactive in providing information around products, cities and technology. 
  • Monitor our e-marketing statistics to deliver insight for sales on productivity. 
  • Offer data analysis on pitches for clients, using our proprietary and external systems – training will be given. 
  • Assist with the business’s social media imagery.
