Sony Ericsson use “Subtle Motion” for Xperia Play campaign

Subtle motion is just one of the techniques available that can be used on Ocean Outdoor’s portfolio of digital sites.

Subtle motion; Emphasising one element or more of the creative execution through subtle animation, 70% or more of the screen remaining static.

With recent research from Media Planet (Digital signage, November 2010) suggests that animated digital content can attract 5x more viewers and viewing times can be 8x longer versus equivalent Static sites subject to location.

The latest Sony Xperia campaign is a great example in how creative departments are utilising the enhanced creative opportunities provided by digital out of home to amplify their message.
