Junior Project Manager

Job purpose

• The Project Coordinator assists the Project Management team in delivering campaigns for clients
• Working in an energetic and fast-moving environment, helping to deliver campaign activations across all Ocean Labs products, including experiential, interactive technology, murals and special builds.
• This role will contribute to the idea generation and execution of some of the most innovative campaigns in the market

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for completing project tasks efficiently and accurately to support project managers as required for campaign delivery
• Project administration, such as raising POs, trafficking digital content, coordinating photography, compiling post-campaign reports
• Contributing to a wide range of campaigns, from fan zone events and special builds, to augmented reality and metaverse activations
• Helping to test dynamic campaigns ahead of go-live, attending experiential site visits and coordinating deliveries for on-site activations
• Maintaining good relationships with key contacts
• You may be required from time to time to work out of standard office hours if a campaign is going live in an evening or weekend to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications/Skills

• No industry experience required, however you must show a strong interest in creative industries, media and/or technology
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to prioritise, use your initiative, and work to deadlines is a vital requirement for this role
• Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator
• Strong attention to detail
