Conditions
1. Campaign delivery deadline
All selected charities must complete the use of their allocated screen value by 1st October 2026. This deadline is required due to limited screen availability during our peak Q4 period.
2. Campaign artwork
Each selected charity may submit up to three variations of campaign artwork. All final artwork must be provided to our team by 1st June 2026.
3. Screen exclusions
Piccadilly Lights and Printworks SkyLights are excluded from Drops in the Ocean screens and will not be available for charity campaigns.
4. Technology capabilities
Our Ocean Labs technology, along with any additional hard costs, are not included within the donated screen value and would be chargeable if required.
5. Moveable campaign space
All campaign placements are moveable and may be rescheduled at any time to accommodate paying clients.
6. Location selection
Charities may choose to include or exclude specific cities for their campaign, but individual screens cannot be selected or guaranteed.
7. PR moments
If a charity wishes to schedule a PR-driven campaign moment, we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
8. Post campaign testimonial
Upon completion of the campaign, each charity is required to provide a video testimonial to help promote the initiative and support future participation from environmental charities.
