For the second time Lord Alan Sugar has used Ocean Outdoor to showcase the advertising challenges in the hit show The Apprentice.
In December 2012, Ocean’s Axis @ The Haçienda was featured in the final of The Young Apprentice, showcasing the launch of the sportswear brands Release and CYC.. The production company of The Young Apprentice, “asked for the Axis @ The Haçienda by name”, recognising its iconic status as Manchester’s best full motion digital advertising location.
Release eventually won the task, with Lord Sugar referencing the strong branding of the imaginary product and where better to highlight the power of the brand than on one of Ocean’s iconic locations.
