Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

We want to put our money where our mouth is on all things equity, diversity and inclusion.

We want the communities around our screens to feel like we represent them fully and fairly.

We have a number of partnerships to support our team internally, offering mentoring, events and support.

We have also partnered with four IOC organisations – giving these partners the opportunity to utilise our visual medium to tell their stories in destinations all around the country and create opportunities for people to come together to celebrate sport and inclusivity in our fan zones.

Throughout the calendar year we work with charities and not-for-profit organisations to amplify key messages which are timely or relevant to a location or an awareness day. This as an opportunity for us to learn about these subjects from those who know them best, alongside helping amplify the message so others can learn too.
