David Caplan is a Partner at Atairos. David joined Atairos at its inception after serving for over 20 years as a Partner at the global law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell.

David is a member of the Board of a number of Atairos-related companies. He is also a member of the Board of the Atlantic Council.

David is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
