Last week, January 19th, at Westfield London, Ocean Outdoor and Al-Arabia hosted a one-of-a-kind live-streaming event of the Al-Nassr vs. PSG match. The game featured two of the world’s greatest football stars, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
The live-streaming event was an impressive feat of technology. Not only did Ocean Outdoor and Al-Arabia manage to broadcast the game live in HD, but they also provided an experience that allowed fans to witness Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi one last time.
The match went back and forth between both teams, with Messi and Ronaldo engaging in a spirited battle throughout the entire 90 minutes. In the end, PSG had a victorious win at the game by 5×4.

The event was also a testament to Ocean Outdoor’s unique technologies in the OOH industry. In 2021 the dramatic landing of NASA’s Perseverance rover on Mars was live-streamed by Ocean for 60 minutes on the iconic Piccadilly Lights.
