St John’s is a vibrant new cultural hub in the heart of Manchester, within walking distance to Deansgate and the Northern Quarter. Its creation is inspired by enterprise, culture and quality living, designed to be a sustainable and walkable community neighbourhood. The area has 13 development projects ongoing – making the area, and city, a leader in the tech and creative industries. Also home to 600 new residential apartment units, a 189-bed boutique hotel, as well as hosting Manchester’s International Festival, the city’s biannual arts festival. The neighbourhood also features Versa Manchester studios, Manchester’s biggest TV and film production facility. Formerly the home of Granada TV, it’s one of the city’s most notable architectural and cultural buildings.
