Equality and Human Rights Policy

Ocean Outdoor has an established equality and human rights policy which is based upon the Equality Act 2010 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Among the many values which make up our company policy are the rejection of all forms of harassment and intolerance and no discrimination in the workplace.

Our company is a functionally diverse organisation, operating in a local, regional, national and international context. As individuals and leaders, we have always been committed to creating an inclusive and diverse place of work where every individual feels a sense of belonging and is respected. These values run right through our organisation and are driven by our people.

We recognise that as a business we need to review and evolve, and we are committed to doing that. This important work starts from within as we rigorously re-evaluate what we do, how we do it and what we need to change. Every part of the company is committed to this effort.

Over the past few years, Ocean has changed significantly as a business. Over the coming months, we are committed to delivering new programmes, schemes and other positive actions which can be extended beyond our business and into the cities and the communities where we work and operate.

This commitment will ensure that we remain true to our pledge to act responsibly, working to create a fair and equal industry and society for all.
