This is our first Retail screen in Haarlem, the capital of the province of North Holland. A city of 230,000 inhabitants, Haarlem has a vibrant city centre. The largest district of the municipality of Haarlem is Schalkwijk, found on the southeast side of Haarlem. In this district, you will find Centrum Schalkwijk, with its more than 110 shops, a much-visited location. It is in full development, with a brand new Kinepolis cinema (950 seats) and our 9m2 digital screen.

 

The area around Centrum Schalkwijk is in full development. There will be restaurants, services, social facilities and, above all, lots of housing. Over the next ten years, an increasingly lively and multifunctional city centre will emerge in phases. The area will have something urban, but will also be as green as possible and become a real attraction.
