Mobility is part of achieving the ultimate goal: becoming climate neutral by 2040. We therefore need to reduce our own impact from mobility. To this end, we have taken a number of measures that will ultimately help us achieve our goal.
Sustainable vehicle fleet
After mapping the travel behaviour of our employees, we worked with Breikers to develop a basic plan to reduce the size of our vehicle fleet and make it more sustainable. Because with a sustainable vehicle fleet, we are setting course for a climate-neutral future.
Whereas previously everyone was offered a “lease car”, there is now a tailor-made mobility solution for every employee that is so attractive that people no longer opt for a lease car and are rewarded for travelling to the office by public transport, bicycle or on foot.
Cycle and walk your way to wealth
To make the switch from a lease car to no lease car even more attractive, employees receive a higher mileage allowance than the statutory minimum. In this way, we encourage people to leave their cars at home, and it also contributes to your own vitality as an added bonus. These are just a few of the measures we have taken, but we are far from finished with sustainability and are constantly looking for new opportunities.
