The mall is centrally located at the exit from E18 towards Nesøya, near IKEA’s warehouse in Slependen. The center has 700 free parking spaces and a large selection of products with many well-known brands, all gathered under one roof on approximately 15,000 m² of sales area. The center has stores such as Clas Ohlson, Elkjøp, Coop Extra, and Kid, in addition to a pop-up shop, with the latest being Høyer Outlet.
