The mall is in the heart of Surnadal, a municipality in Nordmøre in Møre og Romsdal, serving as a local center for the region. Trondheim, Molde, and Kristiansund can be reached with a 2-hour car drive. Extensive upgrades started in 2020 to provide more space for, among other things, a larger dining area and new tenants. There are a total of about 20 stores on the mall spread over nearly 10,000 sqm.
