digital billboards: one facing The Hague and one facing Gouda. The A12 is one of the most important East-West connections in our country and runs from The Hague to Zevenaar and connects the Randstad via Gouda, Utrecht and Arnhem with the Ruhr region in Germany. The highway is the oldest and also one of the busiest highways in our country.
