Herbarium in Rådhuskvartalet has been fully operational since its opening in 2019. The former Straensenteret, located at the very end of the bay, has a central location right by the municipal hub for bus, train, boat, and airport shuttle. Approximately 20 stores are spread over 10,000 sqm of retail space, in addition to a 7,500 sqm Business Center.
