Working within the Ocean Studio department, you’ll be creating compelling concepts, pre-visualisations and stunning artwork for clients to run on our iconic Digital advertising screens.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within the Ocean Studio team, but across different Ocean departments, to produce visuals (static and animated, in 2D and 3D) that can be sold as, or used to sell, Ocean’s creative production services (Ocean Studio).
• Supporting the Studio team to further develop and sell Ocean’s “DeepScreen” offering, a forced perspective technique which produces 3D visuals on flat and curved screens.
• Taking on briefs, as well as attending briefing sessions and coming up with ideas and concepts.
• Producing storyboards and animatics to illustrate concepts.
• Creating final artwork (from own concepts or based on clients / agencies provided assets) to a very high standard.
• Helping to building and maintaining a library of assets / templates.
• Having a strong understanding of all of Ocean’s inventory and services so as best to advise on and create concepts.
• Ensuring highest design and usability standards are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to degree level, preferably in a related field (or work experience in a relevant area will be considered).
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• A strong understand and experience of
  • 2D/2.5D Motion Graphics, specifically Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
  • 3D using Cinema 4D, specifically:
    • 3D modelling and texturing
    • Camera tracking / matching
    • Basic animation.
    • MoGraph module (including dynamics).
  • Photoshop and photographic manipulation.
  • Photography and videography techniques (beneficial but not essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work within budgets and to deadlines.
  • Any experience of real-time 3D solutions such as Unreal Engine would be beneficial.
