London, UK: UEFA marked the official launch of Euro 2028, to be hosted by the UK and Ireland, with a sensational takeover of London’s Piccadilly Lights at 20:28pm on Wednesday, 12th November.

Content also ran in a co-ordinated domination across more than 150 Ocean Outdoor digital screens in four of the Euro 2028 host cities – including Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham – in partnership with the Local Authorities.
A five minute domination on the Piccadilly Lights opened at 20:26 with a countdown to 20:28, full motion video put fans and players front and centre. It went on to reveal the look and feel of the Euro 2028 campaign, confirming the schedule and showcasing the names of the host cities.

UEFA Euro 2028 will be co-hosted by England, Scotland, Wales and Republic of Ireland, and is projected to take place from 9th June to 9th July 2026. Nine stadiums will host matches including Wembley, Glasgow’s Hampden Park and the National Stadium of Wales in Cardiff.
In July, Ocean broadcast highlights of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 competition in partnership with the mobile network provider EE. Curated clips of 31 matches were broadcast across 11 UK cities as the reigning champions, England’s Lionesses, successfully defended their 2022 Euro title.
